- Willingness to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist customers in locating and selecting hardware products
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on hardware and home improvement projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Assist with inventory management including stocking shelves and receiving shipments
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process customer transactions
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
