Job Duties
- Be visible and actively greet, engage and assist customers
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Handle various tenders such as cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, offline SNAP EBT, WIC, rain checks, complex loyalty offers, and coupons
- Adhere to company limits on cash shortages and overages and control loss
- Follow guidelines on restricted sale items such as alcohol, tobacco, DVDs
- Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator
- Follow established policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
