Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to lift 35 lbs in weight
- Must be comfortable with cash register operations and the responsibility involved in safeguarding company assets
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- Must be flexible
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Comfortable with cash register operations and safeguarding company assets
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety preferred
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests quickly and pleasantly with a smile
- Accurately process all payments by cash, credit cards, or vouchers following OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- Maintain solid product knowledge to be shared with guests
- Bag all purchases for customers
- Maintain display items in a clean and orderly fashion
- Keep a spotless working environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Restock shelves and perform barista duties as needed
- Stock shelves and other food court areas
- Maintain knowledge of airport terminal and restaurants to offer information and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
