Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work 9 to 28 hours per week (part-time)
- ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
- ability to occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders
- frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- proficient communication through speech, reading, and writing
- maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment
- ability to work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
- operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or cashier experience a plus
- basic math skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assemble and package menu items to company standards
- extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
- explain menu and answer product questions for all guests
- enter guests orders accurately into the POS system
- accept payments from guest and make change correctly
- operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts
- present orders to guest, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniment and utensils
- generate additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest
- verify register at the beginning of the shift
- stock adequate supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, etc. for serving the guest
- prep drinks and assist in prepping items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc.
- clean all guest areas
- inform management when any front-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed
- remove trash from waste receptacles
- answer telephone and take orders over the telephone
