Job Requirements

- Cashier experience required
- Ability to work full time including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure accurate purchase records
- Make change, accept declining balance cards and other forms of payment, issue receipts
- Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards
- Observe customer purchases and differentiate between standard portions
- Replenish condiments, coffee, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- Keep pastry case stocked
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Comply with all sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
