Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check
- Physical capability to lift and carry items
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of merchandise
- Knowledge of cash register operations
- Skill in making change
- Ability to work with people having different abilities
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks independently
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for entire shift
- Ability to use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Physical and mental ability to perform all job requirements
- Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests
- Change and maintain store displays
- Keep store neat and clean
- Replenish stock and remove merchandise from sales floor
- Strive to meet daily sales goals
- Follow established Best Practices of ESGW
- Cross-train and assist in all aspects of retail operations as directed
