Job Duties
- handle cash, checks, credit cards and financing
- count till bags at the beginning and end of each shift, verifying all transactions and till balances
- maintain front office appearance by keeping it neat and clean
- file daily invoices
- call bank to verify out of state and temporary checks
- call finance company to verify customer account information
- copy and match finance approvals
- process special orders and handwritten tickets
- take account payments for fabric checkouts or miscellaneous payments
- perform other duties as directed by management
