Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cashier, customer service, or FOH experience preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- reliable and punctual
- able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- experience in front of house (FOH) roles preferred
- ability to perform cash transactions accurately
- strong customer interaction skills

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- issues receipts to customers
- follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring cash drawer compliance
- observes customer purchases and differentiates between standard portions
- replenishes condiments, coffee, beverages and supplies
- keeps pastry case stocked
- ensures compliance with company service standards and cash control procedures
- ensures compliance with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
