Job Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- high school degree preferred
- one year of related experience with cash handling
- ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and customers
- ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner

Job Duties
- Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full
- verify the bank of cash provided for change and necessary supplies at the start of each shift
- issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket
- collect payment through cash, credit card, or validation securing cash according to company procedures
- process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy
- provide correct change for cash transactions and issue receipts
- complete daily shift paperwork recording transaction counts and other required data
- maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth free of debris and unauthorized posters
- provide company-standard service including uniform appearance, greetings, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers
- perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
- complete other special projects assigned by management
