Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Be dependable and reliable
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 lbs
- Ability to move grocery carts with force up to 35 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and count
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Outgoing and friendly behavior with positive attitude
- Ability to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, scanner
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction
- Ability to perform repetitious activities and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with cash handling and mathematics
Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately
- Handle customer cash and electronic payments
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Assist with stocking, facing, and dusting shelves
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and head cashier
- Ensure adherence to front end procedures
