Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handler Certification required
- Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Experience using a computer and POS system preferred
- Food Handler Certification required
- Strong cash handling skills
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
- Experience in cashier or restaurant roles is a plus
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty, and uphold Wingstop’s culture, values, and mission
- Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone
- Take and place orders accurately, upsell menu items and promote current promotions
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and assist guests with their selections
- Monitor order readiness times to ensure prompt service
- Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivering to guests
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strong cash handling skills
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stocking of Front of House and restrooms
- Practice safe food handling and promote workplace safety
- Maintain professional appearance in compliance with company uniform standards
- Manage guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Leave guests with a positive and lasting impression of their Wingstop experience
