Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Show outgoing and friendly behavior
- Possess positive attitude
- Interact well with customers
- Operate front end equipment including register, calculator, scanner
- Be dependable and reliable
- Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Have good communication skills
- Take direction and constructive criticism
- Participate in a team environment
- Perform repetitious activities
- Multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
- Lift and carry product up to 30 lbs
- Move grocery carts with force up to 35 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write and count

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately
- Assist customers with product information and complaint resolution
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Stock shelves, face products, and dust as needed
- Stay informed about weekly promotions, store events, and seminars
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
