- no prior experience required but training provided

Job Duties
- Greet all customers politely when they enter the restaurant
- record customer orders at the counter and drive-through if applicable
- transfer orders to the kitchen to ensure preparation
- monitor orders and ensure prompt delivery
- help package food in boxes and bags
- assist in cooking food and kitchen tasks when necessary
- up-sell in-store promotions
- listen to and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries
- keep the counter and dining area neat and clean
- sweep and mop floors regularly
- restock napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies in dining area
- tally orders served and cash received
- handle bank transactions and maintain cash drawer balances
- process credit and debit card transactions
- inventory supplies and goods with supervising manager when necessary
