This position operates under the supervision of the Manager on Duty within a recreational facility, likely an ice arena or community center setting. The primary responsibility is to manage cash handling, program registrations, and provide exceptional customer service to all patrons visiting the facility. Job Duties
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service
- register sales on a cash register by itemizing and totaling customers purchases
- collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and make change for cash customers
- provide facility and program information to customers via phone and in-person
- communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers
- maintain a clean and safe facility at all times
- execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
- practice excellent customer service
