Job Requirements
- willingness to make lasting connections with customers
- ability to ring up purchases accurately and efficiently
- ability to handle and resolve customer questions and concerns
- capability to help maintain store cleanliness and safety
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull 20 lbs
- basic math, reading, and decision-making skills
- ability to operate standard front-end equipment such as scanners and registers

Job Duties
- make lasting connections with customers
- ring up customer purchases accurately, efficiently, and promptly
- problem solve customer questions and concerns, escalating to manager as needed
- help maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure department excellence
- operate scanning, register, check approval, and coupon machines
- follow security procedures and store policies
