Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
  • Achieve or exceed established sales and productivity goals including ADS, UPT, and contests
  • Utilize selling skills and customer service standards from company training programs
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through friendly and excellent service
  • Participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
  • Maintain appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming standards
  • Handle multiple customers and projects effectively and maintain merchandise tagging
  • Communicate customer merchandise needs and feedback to Store Management
  • Control merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily
  • Demonstrate professionalism and handle telephone inquiries courteously
