Job Duties
- Combine amazing customer service with strong sales skills
- perform tasks such as cashiering, product placement, receiving merchandise, processing shipments, store stocking, maintaining cleanliness, sales, and equipment operation
- work with management to achieve sales and productivity goals
- assist in maintaining store equipment
- develop and execute ideas to increase store traffic
- merchandise and maintain end-caps, dump bins, and feature displays
- ensure each customer receives Amazing service and follows Helpful Customer Service behaviors and mystery shop standards
- greet customers upon entry
- answer phone calls
- maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements
- accurately ring sales and maintain cash at registers
- maintain orderly appearance and stock of register area
- solicit customers to open rewards cards
- issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change
- attend mandatory monthly meetings
