Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to undergo background check and participate in E-Verify
- ability to work 30 or more hours per week
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- food handler certification is a plus
- leadership qualities for management positions
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items following company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with customer service including taking orders and handling payments when applicable
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- participate in training and development activities
