- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash, process transactions, and provide accurate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and digital ticketing platforms
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide clear and helpful information about attractions, hours of operation, special events, and promotions
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Answer guest questions and provide directions to various areas of the center
- Work with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours or special events
- Contribute to creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families and guests of all ages
