Job Duties
- process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- ensure complete customer satisfaction with prompt and friendly service
- handle customer cash, credit, and debit payments accurately
- assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- follow front end procedures including stocking shelves, facing products, and dusting
- maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition
- communicate effectively with front end manager and head cashier
