Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator and scanner
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to perform repetitious activities
- ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized
- must lift/carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- must move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
- strong attention to detail
- proficiency with numbers
- proficient in cash handling
- ability to read, write and count

Job Duties
- process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
- handle cash, credit/debit payments and change
- assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- follow all front end procedures
- assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting as needed
- maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
- keep checkout areas clean and orderly
