Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
- handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers
- assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling burgers, fries, and other menu items
- maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning tables, restrooms, and other areas
- assist with stocking and restocking supplies, ensuring adequate quantities of ingredients and supplies are available
- help other team members with their tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
- adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing and food handling procedures
- adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food preparation, customer service, and safety
