Job Duties
- Operate cash register and collect payments for meals
- prepare and handle food according to sanitary and HACCP regulations
- maintain neat and accurate display of menu board and related cashier supplies
- count and summarize cash to prepare deposits and balance registers with receipts
- memorize daily cafe menu and prices
- prepare salad bar and ensure proper food temperatures
- act as backup cashier for Rainbow Café
- perform other duties as assigned
