Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience as a cashier
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers
  • Process Checkout and Return transactions efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
  • Seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
  • Follow policies and procedures to minimize shrink
  • Support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving POS transactions and markdowns
  • Act as first level escalation for customer issues
  • Assist in coaching, training, and supervising Front End Associates
