Job Duties
- Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
- managing transactions using a cash register, accepting payments in cash or credit
- balancing the cash register
- once a guest arrives, checking bag for quantities and accuracy
- providing correct change and receipts
- issuing coupons and gift cards
- ability to effectively resolve complaints
- upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
