Job Duties

  • Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
  • managing transactions using a cash register, accepting payments in cash or credit
  • balancing the cash register
  • once a guest arrives, checking bag for quantities and accuracy
  • providing correct change and receipts
  • issuing coupons and gift cards
  • ability to effectively resolve complaints
  • upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
