Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers actively
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit/debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, and coupons
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash shortages and restricted items
- Report pricing discrepancies and maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product questions and ensuring a welcoming environment
