Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • must adhere to uniform standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
  • guest sensitivity and sense of timing in service
  • ability to use computer systems
  • physical ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time
  • use computer systems to input order information
  • serve drinks, food, and dessert at proper timing
  • stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
  • bend, kneel, and lift bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds
  • wipe down tabletops, table legs, and booth seats
  • transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
  • follow proper uniform standards
  • cross-train into multiple positions such as server, host, and catering
