Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- must adhere to uniform standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- guest sensitivity and sense of timing in service
- ability to use computer systems
- physical ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time
- use computer systems to input order information
- serve drinks, food, and dessert at proper timing
- stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
- bend, kneel, and lift bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- wipe down tabletops, table legs, and booth seats
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
- follow proper uniform standards
- cross-train into multiple positions such as server, host, and catering
