Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be available to work assigned schedule
- Ability to lift and carry items for short distances such as from supply storage area to food preparation area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash and cash register operations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greets all guests with a sincere smile making them feel welcome through a positive pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrates company service expectations when serving both dine in and drive through guests
- Packs orders correctly ensuring order accuracy and fills the guest order within company standard of 60 seconds
- Suggests additional items using selling scripts
- Collects money accurately counts change and delivers the order while thanking the guest and inviting them to return
- Maintains all signed meal tickets and coupons
- Follows all food safety guidelines and ensures that all product holding times are strictly observed
- Ensures that product displays on the counter or in the display case are properly rotated and attractively displayed
- Completes assigned housekeeping duties to provide a clean and organized restaurant
- Ensures that all tasks are accomplished in a safe manner
- Listens and follows directions
- Responds positively to feedback
- Is honest and courteous when communicating with guests team members and managers
- Communicates positively about the company
- Keeps supervisor informed of work related issues
- Works well with team members
- Offers help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant
- Supports company values goals and work rules
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager or shift leader
