Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point of sale systems
- Commitment to company core values of integrity, respect, and collaboration

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions accurately
- Maintain cash register operations and adhere to cash handling policies
- Enforce store standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Participate in training programs related to cashier responsibilities including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco sales
- Manage voids, refunds, transaction cancellations, and recall transactions properly
- Ensure personal cashier productivity goals are met
- Maintain front-end presentation, including cleaning, organization, and personal appearance
- Perform other store duties as assigned
- Engage actively with customers to improve service speed and efficiency
