Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
- Ability to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting required
- Continuous hand and arm repetitive motion
- Standing and walking for up to 4 hours continuously
- Ability to visually locate merchandise and verify small print information
- May be exposed to various weather conditions and indoor environment variations
- May be exposed to chemicals or allergens such as latex, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of background checks and screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow company policies and legal requirements
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
