Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
have a high school diploma or equivalent
have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
be dependable and reliable
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
must lift or carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
ability to move grocery carts requiring a force up to 35 lbs
strong attention to detail
proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
good communication skills
ability to perform multitasking and prioritize tasks
be able to use front end equipment such as register, calculator, scanner

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently
ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service
handle customer cash, credit, debit payments, and change accurately
assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
follow all front end procedures
assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting as needed
maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition
maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
communicate effectively with front end management and Head Cashier
