Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Outgoing and friendly behavior
- Ability to operate front end equipment
- Dependable and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized
- Must lift/carry product weighing up to 30 lbs
- Use both hands to move grocery carts requiring up to 35 lbs of force
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit/debit payments and provide correct change
- Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints
- Follow all front end procedures and assist with stocking shelves
- Maintain checkout areas clean and orderly
- Keep knowledge of weekly ads, store events, and product locations
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and head cashier
