- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
- display a positive attitude
- ability to interact effectively with customers
- proficiency in operating front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- ability to participate in a team environment
- ability to perform repetitious activities
- ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
- must lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- process each customer order quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service
- accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- follow all front-end procedures
- assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting as needed
- maintain checkout areas clean and orderly
- communicate effectively with front-end manager and Head Cashier
- execute other related duties as assigned
