Job Duties
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving store and individual goals
- Achieve or exceed sales, productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, contests and brand-specific KPIs
- Apply company selling skills and customer service standards
- Build and maintain customer relationships through friendly attitude
- Participate in contests, promotions and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and grooming
- Manage merchandise tags printing and handling multiple customer projects
- Communicate customer merchandise needs and relay information to Store Management
- Maintain merchandise control and cash wrap daily
- Provide professional customer interaction, including telephone etiquette
