Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
food handler certification required
prior cash handling experience preferred
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
food handler certification required
strong cash handling skills
maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
ability to learn quickly
ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work as part of a team
ability to build relationships
cashier and restaurant experience a plus
ability to lift and carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Act with integrity, honesty and promote Wingstop culture, greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner by phone or in person, place orders in person and over the phone, upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and promotions, monitor order readiness times, verify accuracy and presentation of guest orders, process cash, credit and gift card transactions and balance register, maintain cleanliness and restock front of house areas, follow safety and sanitation procedures, maintain professional appearance according to uniform standards, handle guest complaints and escalate as needed, leave guests with a positive impression of their Wingstop experience
