Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years of age
  • able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • able to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds
  • able to operate register
  • able to handle product preparation
  • able to listen to and communicate with guests
  • able to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
  • able to perform product preparation, stocking and inventory
  • able to lift to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
  • able to reach for prepared product and serving guests and training
  • able to see during all activities
  • able to stand while serving guests and training
  • able to stoop to pick up supplies and trash
  • able to communicate with fellow team members and guests
  • able to handle raw or uncooked products
  • frequently wash hands to maintain food safety standards

Job Duties

  • greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • assist the management team in creating a great place to work and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • show passion for our food by keeping up with product knowledge
  • demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
  • monitor speed of service to ensure delivery of guest expectations
