Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with coffee and cleaning preferred
Ability to perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently
Strong customer service orientation
Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Ability to stand for extended periods
Legal ability to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Prior experience with coffee and cleaning is preferred
Ability to interact effectively with customers and handle customer complaints
Basic math skills for cash handling
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain sanitation standards
A friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion
Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
issues receipts to customers
Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards
