Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Ability to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner
- Dependable and reliable with flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- Ability to perform repetitious activities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- Ability to move grocery carts requiring up to 35 lbs of force
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with numbers, cash handling and mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write and count
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change correctly
- Provide information and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
- Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
- Keep checkout areas clean and orderly
