Job Qualifications
- experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- food handler certification required
- strong cash handling skills
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
Job Duties
- acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
- upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
- monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
- verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift
