Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with guests
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for hospitality and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Take orders at the register and guide guests through the menu
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and hospitable attitude
- Participate in the tip pool and assist in maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and promotions to assist customers effectively
- Promote a positive and joyful dining experience for all guests
