Job Requirements

- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math proficiency

Job Duties
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
- Collect money, checks, electronic payments, and coupons from guests and make correct change
- Ensure the security of the cash drawer at all times
- Scan or ring items accurately and efficiently
- Identify and key in department numbers, produce items, UPC numbers, look up numbers, weights, and other items that cannot be scanned
- Assist guests with locating merchandise and answering questions or concerns
- Bag guest merchandise carefully as necessary
