Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their transactions
- Accurately process sales transactions including cash, credit, and electronic payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support the store’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives by fostering a welcoming and respectful atmosphere
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in other store areas as needed
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
