Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for 100% of the time
- occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to follow company policies and procedures including attendance and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize the tools provided to stay organized
- learn menu and daily specials keeping in close communication with management
- bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
- restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
- accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- follow cleaning schedule as provided by management using clean as you go techniques
- follow company attendance policy including arriving for work timely, following calling off procedures, and maintaining an acceptable attendance record
- follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
- work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
