Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior and positive attitude
- Ability to operate front-end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- Be dependable and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills with ability to follow direction and participate in a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and multitask effectively
- Be able to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs and move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers

Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments and provide correct change
- Assist customers by providing product information and resolving complaints
- Follow all front-end procedures and assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items, store events, and seminars
- Keep checkout areas clean and orderly
- Communicate effectively with front-end manager and head cashier
