Job Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in retail or food service
High school diploma preferred
Proficient English communication skills
Customer service problem-solving experience
Basic math skills for cash handling
Valid food handlers permit
Required brand certification
Ability to memorize menu items
Ability to use POS system
Capacity to work in confined spaces

Job Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience working in retail or food service environment
High school diploma preferred
Verbal and written communication skills
Able to read, speak, and understand English
Experience in handling customer service problems
Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, and total transactions
Food handlers permit as required by law
Brand certification as required by law
Ability to recall and promote menu items
Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures
Ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods

Job Duties

Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
Receive payment from the customer and process change
Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day
Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean
Perform other duties as assigned
