Job Duties
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
- Achieve sales targets, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, and other KPIs
- Use selling skills and customer service standards effectively
- Develop and maintain friendly customer relationships
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentives
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, and grooming
- Manage multiple customers and projects efficiently
- Communicate customer merchandise needs to store management
- Control merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily
- Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and phone communication
