- be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience

- be able to operate front end equipment
- be dependable and reliable
- be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

- lift and carry product weighing up to 30 lbs horizontally or vertically for a distance up to 3 feet without assistance
- use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs for a distance up to 4 feet
- strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
- ability to read, write and count

Job Duties
- process customer orders quickly and accurately
- handle cash, credit/debit payments, and give correct change
- provide information and resolve customer complaints
- follow front end procedures
- assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting
- maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
- keep checkout areas clean and orderly
