Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic proficiency in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to participate in tip pool
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling or cashier experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Take orders at the register and guide guests through the menu
- Provide exceptional customer service with a hospitable and friendly attitude
- Participate in the tip pooling system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the register area
- Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Support team members in daily restaurant operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
