Job Duties
- Greets guests with a sincere smile and positive attitude
- Demonstrates company service expectations for dine in and drive through
- Packs orders correctly ensuring accuracy and speed
- Suggests additional items using selling scripts
- Collects money, counts change, and delivers orders
- Maintains all signed meal tickets and coupons
- Follows food safety guidelines and observes product holding times
- Ensures product displays are rotated and attractively presented
- Completes assigned housekeeping duties for cleanliness and organization
- Communicates openly and honestly with managers and team members
- Listens and responds positively to feedback
- Works well with team members and supports company values
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager or shift leader
