Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
Be dependable and reliable with ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to perform repetitious activities
Must lift and carry product weighing up to 30 lbs for distances up to 3 feet
Must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring a force up to 35 lbs for distances up to 4 feet
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
Ability to read, write and count

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
Show outgoing and friendly behavior
Possess good communication skills
Ability to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, scanner
Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills

Job Duties

Process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments and change
Provide product information and assist customers with inquiries and complaints
Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
Keep checkout areas clean and orderly
Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
